Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Ready to ship items are 3-5 business days. Custom Orders turn around time are 7-14 business days. These times do not include shipping time.
All shipping time excludes weekends.
During peak seasons, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Custom Orders
As all our custom made to order apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on fit or personal preference. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including correct sizing. Please refer to our sizing charts located in our footer section on our pages or on your style option page.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a t-shirt that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at herlegacyshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Photos Required: Please include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item to help us process your request quickly.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, if applicable. Buyer is responsible for postage on return items, unless other arrangements have been made with Her Legacy Shop customer service.
Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "final sale", "on sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders are non-refundable.

- Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and our stock availability.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
