About Sublimation
Sublimation is a printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto 100% polyester or 50/50 poly cotton blend fabrics. The process involves printing a design onto special sublimation paper with sublimation ink, then using a heat press to transfer the ink onto the fabric. The heat turns the ink into a gas, allowing it to bond with the fibers, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting prints that won’t peel or fade. This method works best on polyester fabrics or polyester-coated materials, offering full-color designs with excellent durability. Any design with white ink will print out the color of the shirt it’s put on.
