Please Note
- Sublimation designs have a naturally vintage-inspired appearance and are not intended to have the solid look of DTF or screen printing.
- Sublimation works best on light-colored shirts, as white ink is not used in the printing process.
- Bleached shirts are handmade, so the bleach pattern and print placement will vary slightly, making each shirt truly one of a kind.
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.

Processing Time/TAT
Orders are processed within 3-5 days, shipping is 5-7 business days. Ready to ship items are processed 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take longer due to customization and therefore will range from 7-10 business days (M-F). This does not included shipping time. Excluding processing time: All shipping times will vary based on items ordered.

During peak seasons, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Custom Orders
As all our custom made to order apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on fit or personal preference. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including correct sizing. Please refer to our sizing charts located in our footer section on our pages or on your style option page.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a t-shirt that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at herlegacyshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Photos Required: Please include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item to help us process your request quickly.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, if applicable. Buyer is responsible for postage on return items, unless other arrangements have been made with Her Legacy Shop customer service.
Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "final sale", "on sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders are non-refundable.
