Processing Time/TAT

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Ready to ship items are processed 3-5 business days.  Custom Orders are processed in 7-14 business days.  This does not included shipping time. 

Excluding processing time: All shipping times will vary based on items ordered. Ready to ship items will ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom orders will take longer due to customization and therefore will range from 15- 30 days. *All shipping time excludes weekends/holidays.* 

During peak seasons, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. 

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, and any unforeseen delays.  Please keep in mind delays can occur especially during holidays!

International Ship

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order status on our website.

Issues with Delivery

If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please email our customer support team at herlegacyshop.com. We will assist you in resolving any issues. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS

Custom Orders

As all our  custom made to order apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on fit or personal preference. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including correct sizing.  Please refer to our sizing charts located in our footer section on our pages or on your style option page.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a t-shirt that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at herlegacyshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Photos Required: Please include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item to help us process your request quickly.
3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, if applicable.  Buyer is responsible for postage on return items, unless other arrangements have been made with Her Legacy Shop customer service.

Sale Items

Please note that items marked as "final sale", "on sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.    Custom orders are non-refundable. 

Refund Process (if applicable)

• Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and our stock availability.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
